- Strong leadership ability
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a motivated team
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree (highly desirable)
- Project Management Institute® Project Management Professional Certification (highly desirable)
- Public Sector experience (highly desirable)
